Knifven puts out the long-awaited debut album ?Skuggfigurer?. The 12 songs on the album revolve thematically around the political situation in Sweden, combining feelings of general despair with personal stories of life and its hardships. There is anger, there is hope and there is love. This is punk rock touched up with pop music, all fueled by the infernal energy of a band constantly waiting to explode. It is everything that has come to characterize Knifven and what the members have created together over the five years the band has existed. The band have been joined on the album by guest´s as Joel Segerstedt (fd Hjärtattack) Patrik Lindecrantz (Snake Tongue/Tomma Händer), Malin Ringsby (Oväder), and Canan Rosén, Lovisa Thurfjell och Lisa Löfgren (samtliga Tiger Bell). The albums the last track ?Början? is a cover of Swedish artist Reeperbahn.
